Steve Mono is a contemporary Spanish brand founded in 2007 by Gonzalo Fonseca (Bilbao, 1972) on the idea of reinterpretating classic bags, accessories, and other small leather goods for a modern lifestyle.
He studied several years Sociology and graduated on Graphic design. He combined graphic design jobs until 2008 since then he is dedicated exclusively to his Brand which is in continous growth.
Influenced by travel, office culture, utility, movies, and an appreciation for the old, the Brand continues to focus on designing essential items for everyday and every journey.
Every collection is timeless, functional and sustainable.
Made in Spain, every step from tanning to packaging is done with in-house Spanish leather-artisans in creating the most personal items. This process in conjunction with the design philosophy ensures modern yet timeless pieces that gets better with age.
